LOHAS’ mission is not only to drive more capital into impact investments, but also to challenge the false narrative that investments delivering real social or environmental benefits cannot yield market-rate (or greater) returns as well.

We work with clients to understand their risk/return profiles and explore alternative investment strategies, and then we source, analyze, structure, and support impact investment transactions for our clients.

We operate alongside our clients’ investment advisors and wealth managers to identify the optimal mix of financial requirements and social or environmental values to develop customized impact portfolios.

LOHAS specializes in identifying, evaluating, and delivering investment opportunities that first meet financial return objectives and then align with our clients’ values. We source only those deals, fund managers, and projects that meet the “best in class” standards of our clients and their advisors.
